NDE

Non-Destructive Examination (NDE)

Base Line Data (BLD) offers auditing services for your company’s NDT program also in-house training and certification for most NDT methods. A third-party certification program is available for companies who lack an NDT Level III Inspector. This can be accomplished at the client’s location or our facilities. We also offer lecture and lab time for NDT training for your inspectors. BLD isn’t just local. We can travel almost anywhere in the world.

Metallurgical Laboratory

Base Line Data, Inc. works closely with our clients to ensure testing meets their specified requirements and that of the applicable testing code. We offer full-service metallurgical analysis, including lab-mounted hardness with digital photos, charpy impacts, yields, full color graphed tensile reports, chemical analysis (carbon and alloys), as well as (PWHT) stress relief to ensure our clients receive accurate data in Procedure qualifications and metallurgical analysis.
