Paulsen & Associates, Inc. is a Marine and Environmental Consulting firm serving the Pacific NW and Alaska since 1982. Our specialty is interpreting Federal (USCG) and State (Oregon, Washington and Alaska) laws to develop workable Spill Response and Security Plans for Facilities and Vessels. We offer OSHA certified HAZWOPER training and refresher courses. We sell spill response equipment such as Oil Containment Booms, Pumps, Skimmers, Water Treatment and Filtration Systems, Marine Cleaners, Sorbents and other specialized equipment tailored to the needs of our clients.
